DoveVivo App

DoveVivo is the only coliving company in Italy to provide its tenants with a dedicated app so they can better manage their stay.

In a few words, anything you require is only a click away. Let's see some of its features:

• Book check-in by selecting the date and time you prefer;
• Check-out when necessary;
• Pay the rent without having to physically go to the bank or our offices;
• Upload or download important documents, such as the contract and invoices;
• Find all the useful information and instructions for living in the house;
• Open tickets for maintenance or assistance for different parts of the house;
• Request the contract's cancellation;
• Direct contact with customer service.

All these actions can be done comfortably by accessing the different sections of the App: Dashboard, Accounting and Services. It is also possible to check the appointments set for the apartment, brand-new entries, client visits, and maintenance activities.

Additionally, you can access the Help Center and communicate with the virtual receptionist from the personal Profile section.
